It is with Well's Fargo Bank in Tuba City: Wells Fargo Bank Main St, Tuba City, AZ 86045 Phone: (928) 283-4551 In speaking with the bank rep in the Flagstaff, AZ office, no account number is required, just "Lori Piestewa Memorial Fund".
